• Single point of contact primarily for US customer and across the globe
• Experience in handling Internet related and operating system issues.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting VPN/Wi-Fi/LAN will be an added advantage
• Experience in Windows XP/Windows 7 & ie8? Responsible in handling incoming Calls/Emails/Chats/Web? Exposure to 24 x 7 support.
• Gather basic facts and follow escalation procedures for issues.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Exposure in ITIL Framework
• 100% adherence in logging of Incidents/Request/Problem tickets
