• To resolve moderate (P3 & P4) incidents effectively in a timely manner. To identify risks that impact quality and/or loss of service. To provide inputs of top issues to leads and also contribute on reports.
• Good at any one Ticketing tool. Willingness to work in shifts. Willingness to stretch to support major issues / failures. Willingness to support during out of office hours through on call”
• Should have 1 year of relevant experience on SCCM and SCOM. Should be good at previous versions of deployment and management tools. Should have 2 or more years of total experience. Good technical skills, server knowledge and an ambitious learner
